Hi yoga school friends! I thought it might be nice to share Nora’s school project, which was basically an Ahimsa project without realizing it! Her premise is that world leaders should all have to do acts of kindness for each other before coming to the table for diplomacy which will hopefully avoid violent conflict since everyone will be happier.
