Service Description

Tuesdays 6:45-7:45pm UK Originally alignment focused, this unique and magical class has turned into amazing yoga chats. Lovingly nicknamed “cheese & nibbles yoga,” this class is about connection over perfection. Mostly discussion based, we’ll still occasionally move our bodies and if there's time to spare we may close the chat with a much deserved savasana- because that’s what gets us to any yoga class right?!
