Service Description

Tuesdays 6:45-7:45 pm UK This is a unique, conversation-based tlc yoga class where we learn more about ourselves and what yoga actually is (it's not actually about fancy poses!). Each month, we dive into a new topic. Curiosity and a willingness to reflect are all that you need to join in. Bring a pen, a journal, and maybe even a snack. This is your space to learn, share, and grow one hour a week. *Accessibility Notes* This class is discussion-based and fully accessible for all.
