prenatal yoga

Mondays 7:30-8:30 pm UK online

Prenatal yoga here at tlc is all about YOU. An hour a week to reconnect with your ever-changing body, ease your muscle aches, laugh with your peers and get a much needed grow up nap time. 

My goal is to leave you as empowered, calm and comfortable as possible each week.

Intermediate Flow

6:15-7:15 pm UK
Start your week with this intermediate level dynamic session. The goal is to get your body moving and give your Monday mood a little boost of bliss. This is the one class a week where slightly more intermediate and advanced options will be offered. Nothing scary or intimidating- just the opportunity to take simple binds, arm balances and deeper stretches. 


*Accessibility notes*

Participants must be able to get from the ground to standing and back again. If you are currently healing from an injury or pregnant I recommend the Friday Flow or Wednesday's Sleepy Yoga instead.

Yoga School

6:45-7:45 pm UK

This is a unique tlc yoga class where we talk. No physical yoga, just a friendly chat where we learn about ourselves through yoga philosophy. No prior yoga knowledge required. Each month we cover a new yoga philosopy related topic. Grab a pen, a journal and maybe even a snack for this discussion-based class.

This class is not movement based, it is fully accessible for all.

Sleepy Yoga

7:30-8:30 pm UK

Good sleep is one of the best gifts we can give to ourselves. If you are feeling like you need a good rest then this is the class you don’t want to miss. Ideal for reducing stress, finding more mobility and connecting with yourself.  The midweek unwind, this is a gentle class full of deep stretches and comfy cushions. No yoga skills or knowledge required- just wear comfy clothes and make sure you’ve got two bed pillows, 2 smaller cushions and at least 1 blanket or large towel.

This class is done entirely seated and lying down and can typically be practiced while recovering from smaller injuries or with common aches and pains

Friday Flow

12:15-1:15 pm UK

This all-levels flow class is as energetic or mellow as needed. Plenty of variations are offered to make the practice feel great for you and the flow is always tailored to fit the needs of the class on the day. If you want to add a little strength into your life and end the week on a high this is the one. All levels welcome- including complete beginners!

The BEST yoga teacher and guide! She is genuinely caring, and you can tell she just loves to spread her joy and happiness with people. I was initially unsure what it would be like participating in a zoom/virtual live class, especially from a different time zone, but it’s great! I have the flexibility and privacy of practicing in my home, but still the support of a live teacher and classmates- especially when we “send high fives” after a tough or challenging sequence! I’ll continue taking classes with Elena and TLC as long as I’m able.
