Fridays 12:15-1:15 pm UK This all-levels flow class is as energetic or mellow as needed. Plenty of variations are offered to make the practice feel great for you and the flow is always tailored to fit the needs of the class on the day. If you want to add a little strength into your life and end the week on a high this is the one. All levels welcome- including complete beginners! *Accessibility notes* participants must be able to get from the ground to standing and back again. Class will always offer variations to suit your needs.
