Service Description

Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm UK Good sleep is one of the best gifts we can give to our selves. If you are feeling like you need a good rest then this is the class you don’t want to miss. Ideal for reducing stress, finding more mobility and connecting with yourself. The midweek unwind, this is a gentle class full of deep stretches and comfy cushions. No yoga skills or knowledge required- just wear comfy clothes and make sure you’ve got two bed pillows, 2 smaller cushions and at least 1 blanket or large towel.
