Mondays 7:30-8:30 pm UK Yoga is one of the best activities to treat yourself to in pregnancy. Be gentle with yourself in your first trimester and join this class when you feel ready. This class can be done right the way through to full term. You'll stretch, strengthen and de-stress while also getting a weekly helping of community and support. The class is intentionally a bit later so that it fits around work and gets you nice and relaxed ready for a good night's sleep. No yoga skills or knowledge required- just wear comfy clothes to move in. We use at home props to get the most out of this practice, please have ready: -2 bed pillows -2 smaller cushions -2 yoga blocks or thick hardcover books -1 chair -1 blanket or large towel *Accessibility notes* This class is designed specifically for pregnancy. Quite a lot of the class will be done seated with occasional standing poses. Please assemble your props for class to give you the most support and best possible experience.
