This is the most like your standard flow yoga class. A little challenging when needed and plenty dynamic. *Accessibility notes* This class is for when you are feeling fit & healthy and able to move from the ground back up to standing.

From the Good Place to ancient Yoga texts, we chat all things life and yoga, gaining wisdom and good friends along the way. *Accessibility Notes* This class is suitable for all. There are no physical movements required. Just a comfy chair and a snack.

Another favourite, this class uses bed pillows, cushions and blankets to give you an at-home restorative yoga session. *Accessibility Notes* Must be able to get down on the ground safely. This class is done entirely seated or lying down. It's great when recovering from illness and injury too.
