We often think of yoga as just a class we go to where we copy the shape the instructor is showing. Here at tlc yoga is more about the feeling of yoga. Take five days to feel the shift in your body and mind from consistent practice.

if you feel "too busy" for yoga this is for you
We spend our days feeling overstimulated, overwhelmed and caught up in the hustle. This challenge gives you tiny bite size chunks of yoga to slow down so you can go further.
