the lovely catalyst - 200hr Vinyasa YTT 2023

terms & conditions

 

1. Practice Experience You have been practising yoga for at least two years. If you have been practising yoga for less than two years you have discussed this with the Lead Trainer, Elena Consoli and she has approved your application to join the training.

2. Booking To secure your spot first complete the submission form. When your application has been approved by the Lead trainer Elena Consoli  a £500 non-refundable deposit must be paid. The deposit must be paid before the training begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full by 11th May 2024

3. Fees £3000 fee includes Training and assessment by a qualified Yoga Alliance Professionals Senior Yoga Teacher, your copy of the yoga teacher training  manual, access to live online tlc classes and accommodation for the immersion week in Scotland. It does not include travel to/ from the immersion week, or food for the immersion week. 

4. Refund Policy -In order to reserve your place on the training you must pay the £500 non-refundable deposit. Your place on the training is only reserved once a payment has been received by the lovely catalyst. -Please note this is non-refundable and non-transferable to another yoga teacher training.-If you cancel your place on the training it is up to the discretion of the lovely catalyst to refund some or all of the total fees if the lovely catalyst  is able to fill the place on the teacher training.-If you have to leave the training once it has started at any point, the lovely catalyst  will not be able to offer a partial refund for the remainder of the course and will not be able to transfer your place to a future training.-If you must withdraw from the program for special circumstances such as a serious illness, injury, change in circumstances or bereavement, the lovely catalyst  will unfortunately not be able to give any refund. It is up to the discretion of the lovely catalyst if they can defer the remaining modules to a future training.

5. Attendance -To meet Yoga Alliance Professionals requirements, it is compulsory to attend 100% of the modules on the tlc 200hr yoga teacher training.-Please ensure that you are able to fully commit to the training and the dates prior to registration.-Any modules you may miss will need to be completed before graduation with the teacher. All missed modules will need to be arranged and paid for by the student. Please note the teacher's time will be charged at £50 per hour.-Please be punctual for the sessions.

6. GDPR Policy - As a student of the lovely catalyst 200 hour yoga teacher training course, I consent to Elena Consoli passing my contact details (name, email and phone number) to your partners, Yoga Alliance Professionals. I am allowing them to contact me directly and invite me to register as a Trainee and Teacher and Graduate. I understand that I have the option of opting out of this registration process. Elena Consoli is satisfied that Yoga Alliance Professionals have the appropriate, adequate, technical and organisational measures to protect your data's security. They will never share your data with anybody else.

7. Code of Conduct Bad Conduct, no refunds will be given if the lovely catalyst removes a student from the training for bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behaviour that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the training or to fellow students.

8. Photography & Video-  the lovely catalyst reserves the right to take photographs and videos during the teacher training and these will be used for marketing purposes. -Please inform the lovely catalyst prior to the training if you would not like your photograph used in marketing materials.

9. Complimentary Classes at the lovely catalyst -You will receive a complimentary tlc all ways membership to use during the training period- This  complimentary membership is non-transferrable and must only be used by the person attending the training. If you already have a tlc all ways membership your subscription fee will be frozen during the yoga teacher training and resume after.

10. Course postponement -If the course is forced to be postponed part way through the training, the lovely catalyst will rearrange the remaining modules of the course and if this is not possible for you to attend, the lovely catalyst will transfer you to the next training dates that you are available for.

11. Scotland Immersion - the lovely catalyst  takes no responsibility for cancellation of flights or any transport booked to travel to the Immersion in Scotland  and will not be held responsible for any refunds and associated charges incurred. - the lovely catalyst will not be able to refund the training costs if for any reason you are unable to attend the immersion in Scotland.- By signing up to the lovely catalyst 200 hr yoga teacher training, you are agreeing to travel to Scotland at the time of the immersion.
