This workshop is for anyone who is intimidated by arm balances and inversions. We will start with a strengthening flow to warm up our arms, engage our core and loosen up our hamstrings. We will ease our way into arm balances and inversions, learning the basic principles while working through any fears or blocks that stop us from getting upside down. This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to ask questions, learn new techniques and take your practice to the next level.
