Mondays Intermediate Flow 6:15-7:15 pm UK - Start your week with this intermediate level dynamic session.

Tuesdays Yoga School 6:45-7:45 pm UK - Join in for this discussion based yoga class. Learn more about what yoga is while laughing and talking with amazing people.

Wednesdays Sleepy Yoga 7:30-8:30 pm UK - Ideal for reducing stress, increasing mobility and getting the mind quiet. This is a gentle class full of deep stretches and comfy cushions.

Fridays Friday Flow 12:15-1:15 pm UK - The flow is always tailored to fit the needs of the class on the day. All levels welcome- including complete beginners!
