An extra long weekend of yoga & food for you.

Here at the lovely catalyst we prefer to focus on the TREAT in retreat. We are proud to create welcoming, nourishing and restful experiences. Forget those sunrise alarms, we’ll start classes a little later allowing plenty of time for that much needed sleep. Instead of detoxes we believe in savouring flavours and enjoying hearty meals. It’s important to find a balance of taking care of yourself and being taken care of. This weekend is all about taking time out of your busy life to enjoy some R&R just for you.

Our retreat is set in a cozy lodge on the North Norfolk coast complete with yoga studio and treatment rooms for optional massages and facials. All of our food is locally sourced and seasonal with veggie and vegan options lovingly prepared by our local chef (check them out here for mouth watering food pics). The inner-Italian nonna in me will make sure we always have a stocked kitchen filled with yummy snacks, infused waters and, of course, tea and coffee whenever you like.

With the sea on our doorstep there will be plenty of time to soak up the beauty of nature by taking coastal walks, pottering around the local village or simply taking in the cliff views from our garden.

Our morning practises will be 75 minutes of Blissology-style yoga focusing on alignment, breathing and connection that will leave you smiling. The intention of the classes are to help soften our tough Londoner exteriors, leaving us more connected with ourselves and our fellow yogis. The evening sessions will be 75 minutes of restorative and yin yoga to help you unwind by releasing tension from your muscles and creating that much needed head space. I will be available to you at any time if you have questions about yoga, goals, a certain pose or even if just want to chat over a hot drink.

The meals and sessions are the most valuable times when we can come together as a group. That being said, all activities are optional and you can take any time you need for yourself.

We want your room to feel like your own personal haven. There will be homemade body scrubs, treats and other little gifts to enjoy in each of the en suite bedrooms. Our aim is for you to feel rested, supported and taken care of.

Most of the bedrooms are doubles with king sized beds. There are a few single room options to choose from to suit various budgets and preferences. Rooms will be given on a first come first served basis. We will do all we can to accommodate people’s requests. If you are open and flexible to multiple room options do let us know.

Spaces are limited so if you are thinking about it don’t hesitate. To book your spot, please complete the booking form. You will also be required to pay a non refundable deposit of £275 within 5 days, otherwise, your place will be released. The remaining balance is due by 1st September 2019. other things to note

Mats will be provided though you are welcome to bring your own along if you prefer.

Being kind to the planet is important, so you are encouraged to pack your own reusable water bottles and keep cups. If you don’t have any, not to worry as there are glasses and mugs at the lodge.
