podcast episode 1: a chat about purpose with kim bauman

Kim with her boys in India

It's finally here! Each month I will be chatting with someone who embodies being a catalyst in his or her community. After a lot of excitement, nerves and work I'm so happy to share the story of my friend Kim Bauman and her organization: The One Love Movement.

Kim, like many of us, was searching for her purpose. She wanted to find a way to do more, and give to others. An experience in an impoverished orphanage in Haiti had a profound impact on her, having been an orphan in Korea herself. Listen to hear the process of how she took that experience, discovered her purpose, created the One Love Movement and is hard at work supporting underserved youth in the US and India.

The annual 2016 event is this Saturday, September 24th at the Waterfront Park in San Diego, gates open at 9am. If you will be in the area and want tickets go here. If you can't attend but you would like to donate to The One Love Movement and help them reach their 2016 goal of $30,000 then just click here
