There are many ways we can feel unworthy. We may think we aren't smart enough, aren't strong enough, aren't attractive enough, aren't tough enough, aren't thin enough. EVERYONE feels unworthy at some point in their life. I'm not sure if that is a sad or reassuring truth.
Body issues are a major part of these negative feelings. We can equate our appearance with our worth. When we are judging our appearance against some modified ideal it can feel impossible to ever be good enough. It takes a lot of self awareness, reflection and strength to face these struggles and take them on.
